Donna, it was so very painful when I learned of Stan's death. When we saw you all at the fair Stan was so jolly and out going just like always. Of course if he ever had a down day it never showed. Stan was a wonderful man and I always considered him a special friend and it was a pleasure to have been associated with him for all of these years. Our prayers are with you during these difficult times.

Stan was a wonderful boss, friend and mentor to me and I will never forget him.  I know he believed to our savior so I know I will get to see him again.  I am so sorry that I have previous obligation that take me out of town friday or I would certainly be there. May God be with you thru these times

When I think of Stan, I will always picture him dressed in camouflage sitting around a campfire at night during deer season.  We would be drinking blackberry wine and taking turns poking the coals with sticks while Stan would regale us with stories of deer hunting or stories of his youth and or military experiences.  Those nights around the camp fire in the company of good friends were in many respects the best part of deer season.  I will miss his grin, his wit and good humor.

Donna, I am so sorry about Stan.  He was one of my very favorite people at Tinker.  I don't think I ever saw him have a bad day.  You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.  I intended to come to the service tonight until they said the word "ice".  Guess I'm not as brave as I once was. Bless You.
