Obituary for Albert "Gene" Wallar

Albert “Gene” Eugene Wallar was born in Oklahoma City, OK on December 6, 1946 to Albert Raymond and Martha Joyce (Simpson) Wallar. He went to be with his Savior on May 24, 2018.

He lived in Oklahoma City and attended Shidler Elementary School and went to Capital Hill Jr. High. The family then moved to Midwest City and there he attended Carl Albert High School where he graduated in 1966. He then went to work at Tinker Air Force Base and retired after 35 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Raymond and Martha Wallar and his younger brother, Raymond Leroy Wallar. He is survived by his daughter; Amanda Leigh Wallar of Moore, OK, his two sisters; Joyce Rice and brother-in-law Rodger Rice, and Carlene Cobb and brother-in-law Odell Cobb of Nicoma Park, OK and numerous other loved ones.

Gene was a kind and generous man who loved everyone. He gave his love and all he could to everyone in his life. He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him.
