Obituary for David Ross

David Alan Ross was born on April 8, 1973 and went to be with our Lord on August 8, 2017. He was a devoted and loving husband and father. He was married to the love of his life, Tiffany, for 16 years. David and Tiffany share a son, David, 13, and a daughter, Taylen, 5. He was a member of First Christian Church of Midwest City. David is a 1992 graduate of Midwest City High School and graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor in Business Administration and he earned an Associate of Applied Sciences in Finance from Oklahoma City Community College. He was also a member of "Family of the Year for UCO". David was manager of Universal Mobile Homes, Inc, his family business. He received numerous awards including the Clayton Homes Top World Class Retail Dealer for many years. He was honored by the Manufactured Housing Association of Oklahoma. He was an avid boater, enjoying spending time with his family at Lake Tenkiller. He enjoyed tinkering with cars and anything with a motor. He is survived by his mother, Denise Ross, and father, Steve Ross, step-mom, Ann Ross; his brother, Joel Ross and his sister, Stephanie Ross; grandparents, Sam and Jodie Ross, and Alice Ward; and many beloved aunts and uncles; nieces, nephews, and cousins. David was an inspiration, always there to help and always there to brighten the lives of others with his infectious personality, wit, and stories. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm, First Christian Church, 11950 E Reno, Midwest City, OK 73130 on August 14. Viewing will be from noon to 8 pm on Saturday, August 12 and Sunday, 8 to 8 pm at Barnes Friederich Funeral Home, 1820 S Douglas Blvd., Midwest City, Oklahoma. Family will be present to receive visitors from 5 to 7 pm on Sunday, August 13, 2017.
