Obituary for Patsy M. Wann

Patsy M. Wann, 79, of Midwest City died February 7, 2018. She was born on July 11, 1938 to Bill and June Thomas in Evening Shade, Arkansas.

She was married to George “Max” Wann on Sept. 15, 1956 until his death in 1992. They had two sons, Steven and Shannon.

Patsy was completely devoted to her husband, children and family, as well as, to her church family at Ridgecrest Church of Christ, where she was active in the Ladies Bible Class.
She was preceded in death by her father, Bill Thomas; mother, June Uhl; husband, Max; brother, James Thomas; and sister Juacelia Kakouris.

She is survived by sons, Steven and wife Kelly of Broken Arrow, Shannon and wife Karen of Oklahoma City; grandchildren, Joshua Wann, Madison Wann, Destiny Godby, Chelsey Mead, Hunter Mead and Colton Mead; and 2 great grandchildren, Ethan and Olivia Wann. She is also survived by her sister, Billie Johnson of Jonesboro, Arkansas and many loving nephews and nieces.

Viewing will be from 1PM-8PM Friday with formal visitation from 6PM-8PM at Barnes Friederich Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2PM, Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Ridgecrest Church of Christ with burial in Evening Shade, Arkansas.
