Obituary for Dorothy "Gus" Allison

Dorothy “Gus” Allison, 77, of Tecumseh, OK, went to be with the Lord on Friday, Sept 21st, 2018. She was born July 30, 1941 in OKC to Robert and Dora Duncan. She was a long time member of Lifeline Church in Shawnee, OK. She enjoyed sewing, ceramics, going to the casino with her friends, and telling everyone about the Lord. Gus was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Dora Duncan; one brother, James Duncan; one sister, Alfa Jo Gilliland; and first husband J.T. Williams. She is survived by her daughters Michelle Barber and husband, Alan of OKC and Lisa Williams of Tecumseh, OK; two grandchildren, Lauren and Dylan Barber; sister, Freida Jean Sossamon of MWC, numerous nieces, nephews, and lots of friends. Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM, Friday, Sept. 28, 2018 at Barnes Friederich Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Resthaven Cemetery.
