Obituary for Robert "Bobby" Barbee

Robert “Bobby” M. Barbee passed away on May 9, 2018 in Choctaw, Oklahoma at the age of 43.

Bobby was born April 17, 1975 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Mike Barbee and Debbie Harper.

He graduated with the Class of 1994 from Choctaw High School where he was an All-State Baseball player. He played baseball for the Eldorado Broncos that won the National World Series in 1996. He also attended Seward County Community College and worked for Tinker Air Force Base for 15 years. Bobby was a fisherman and also enjoyed hunting. He loved baseball and played on a softball team with Tinker Air Force Base.

Bobby is survived by his wife of the home, Amy Barbee; daughters, Taylor and Brooklyn; sister, Christi Romano and husband Joe, Anna Barbee and Julia Barbee; parents, Debbie and husband Howard and Mike and wife Sharon Barbee; in-laws, Randy and Barbara Alexander; brother-in-law, Michael Alexander and numerous nieces and nephews.

Bobby was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Clifford Barbee; maternal grandfather, Bobby Gene Chism and maternal grandmother Marjorie Chism.

A memorial service is scheduled for 10:00 AM, Monday, May 14, 2018 at Barnes Friederich Funeral Home Chapel in Midwest City, Oklahoma.
